STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. Introduction

Welcome to Mana Pro (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website manapro.sg (“Website”) and your purchase of any products or services, including physical goods, event tickets, and digital items, offered through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Singapore.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full via the payment methods provided at checkout.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received, information is inaccurate, or fraud is suspected.

4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be delivered according to the estimated release date provided.
  • Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer/publisher, and we are not liable for such delays.
  • Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment; however, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Deposits for pre-orders are strictly non-refundable unless the product is discontinued or unavailable.

5. Event Tickets

  • Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
  • Admission is subject to the venue’s rules and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event rules, engages in disruptive behaviour, or breaches safety regulations.

6. Digital Products

  • Purchases of digital goods (e.g., e-tickets, digital codes, downloadable content) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your device or system.
  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale of digital products is prohibited.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • We deliver within Singapore and selected international destinations.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays for international orders.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items in original, unused condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
  • Event tickets, pre-orders, perishable goods, and digital products are not eligible for return.
  • Faulty or defective products will be replaced or refunded in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A).

9. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise or cancel your order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including images, logos, product listings, designs, and text, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

11. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
